a unique limited-edition from their Whiskymaker's Editions series. Deviating from their traditional sherry-focused style, Mosaic draws inspiration from the Silk Road. Its aromatic profile features wood smoke, autumn leaves, and gentle oak spice, balanced by the palate's notes of apple blossom, sweet cherries, aromatic oak, and subtle spices. A distinct and captivating whisky experience.

About the distillery

The Lakes Distillery, located on Bassenthwaite Lake near Keswick founded by Paul Currie whos father once was the managing director of Chivas Brothers and also founded Arran Distillery with Paul and his brother Andrew. The thought of the distillery came to Paul whilst on holiday where he converted a Victorian farmstead. In 2014 the distillery began production with the intention of producing Gin and Vodka and Whisky. The distillery opened with funding options of first release bottle packages and cask packages. The first release was in 2019.
