This Kilchoman limited edition was distilled in 2015 and matured in a Sauternes cask before being bottled in 2022 for the Kilchoman Appreciation Society with Only 300 Bottles Released Bottle No. 271

About the distillery

Kilchoman Distillery, Region Islay, Located on Islay was founded in 2005 by the Anthony Willis and is a family run business, the distillery was the first to be built on the island since 1908. Production began in 2005, the barley is farmed from the land the distillery stands on along with the maturing and bottling of the casks. Its Inaugural Release was in 2009.
