Japanese Harmony

This Hibiki blend was introduced in 2015 when the distillery opted to discontinue the 12 Year old. The Japanese Harmony consists of over ten malts and grains including Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita all aged in five types of cask.

About the distillery

Hibiki is a brand by whisky giant Suntory which consists of blends from Suntory's 3 distilleries with the Malt Whisky produced from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries and the Grain Whisky produced from the Chita distillery with the outcome considered a highly premium blend.
