About the distillery

Glenlossie Distillery, Region Speyside, located in Thomshill was founded in 1876 by John Duff, Alexander Allen, H.M.S. Mackay & John Hopkins. The distillery ran until 1919 when it became part of DCL. In 1962 the distillery was expanded and in 1971 became a shared site with Mannochmore. Glenlossie's fundamental operation is to produce for Diageo blends.
